I am an American writer and editor living in Somerset, UK. I have a BS in ecology from the University of Colorado and an MA in Creative Writing from the University of Bristol.

As an editor, I am able to help at any stage of the writing process, from developmental editing to copyediting to final proofreading. My editorial strength is in fiction (short and long form). I also enjoy editing academic writing, general nonfiction, and marketing content as well. I am well-versed in both US and UK grammar and spelling conventions.

My own fiction writing focuses on the uncomfortable and the unspoken, often through a speculative lens. Links to my published work can be found below.
 
Aside from writing and reading, I enjoy the outdoors, animals, and cooking. I'm neither a dog nor a cat person; I adore both equally.
